If you didn't purchase the Dynamic DNS Pro service you can only use your hostname as it appears in your account (kisscvr001.dyndns.org). I suspect you'll find that if you use that you'll have success.

Also don't forget that most residential IPs have been blocking port 80 for some time now (thanks to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_Red_%28computer_worm%29) so you may need to do a port forward to another port like 8010.

but then your visitors would have to go to: http://kisscvr001.dyndns.org:8010

so you would need to create another dyndns hostname.

example: http://kisscvr002.dyndns.org

except choose webhop this time and add your url as: http://kisscvr001.dyndns.org:8010

Note: If your not upgraded to DnyDnsPro then webhop shows an ads bar at the top of this page but hey DynDnsPro is only $15 so its no biggy :)

Please read the question - it is clear that port 80 is not blocked (otherwise it wouldn't work with just the WAN IP).

my bad - read the question wrong, for some reason I thought he was saying he could connect to the router (as in on 8080).

Sorry if I caused confusion.... need some sleep :)
