So I have my resources uploaded to amazon s3, and have an endpoint address. How do I point my domain name to that endpoint? I think it might be a CNAME, but I don't know what that means yet. Do I need CustomDNS to do that from http://DynDNS.com? Thanks!

Yes, you'll need Custom DNS. You'll then create the records following Amazon's instructions - if you can't find them edit your question to let us know and we'll see if we can find them for you.

The big trick here is CNAME to www.example.com and not example.com. A bucket in s3 must be created called www.example.com and configured as a website. Edit the DNS CNAME for www.example.com in dyn to alias to the URL of the bucket on s3. You can find this URL in the AWS management consol for s3.
