WEB Hosting and MailServer

My Purchased services are
Dynamic DNS Pro (1 year)
SendLabs Gateway (1 Year)

what kind of services do i need to run my webserver and mailserver. with my domain name not with hostname.

i am testing to host my web server and Mail server in my office.

My Domain registrar is Godaddy and Domain is " http://titravel.com "

My host name is "tropicdxb.dyndns.org" My Router is Cisco W877. Port forwarding is given below

some time i do forwarding like this

My Question is when i type "www.titravels.com" it takes me to My hostserver. 2ndly i need to host my Mail server as well with Weboutlook anywhere. when i type. webmail or http://mail.titravels.com it takes me to localhost/owa. how can i achive these tasks.
