i had an account with a hostname but i got inactive. now i reactivated it but when i want to reactivate my old hostnames it get: This hostname already exists. It may be in use by another customer.

username is the same, email changed.

Then there is nothing you can do. Your account expired, presumably because you didn't read your email and run a suitable update client. Somebody else now has that hostname - you'll need to pick a different one.

this is improbable. i think the system still keeps the hostname for the old inactive account.

Some people have reported that, but the period doesn't seem to be terribly long if it does happen. If you want to follow it up you'll need to contact DynDNS.

My account went inactive. I lost my hostname and now the system says I can't use it anymore as it is in use my someone else. So I picked a new username and the system says you can't use the same email address.
What can I do.
