pure errors on all parts

Hello, i recently setup my dyndns account and set it up for vpn, rd, ftp, and file back up. the thing is, none of these work, I have my ports forwarded it on my router, I have open ports from my ISP and everything. The dyndns updater installed, but nothing works from the outside, only internally. I tried with Filezilla, and on the same machine used the dyndns address but it wont work, it does with 127.0.0.1 but not either IP or dyndns address, same for VPN. works internally as ived used another computer with the internal address 192.168.1.xxx but not externally

Any help please? if i left out any necessary info, let me know
