Hi, I'm trying to add a new webhop to my account. It says my new site is not active, and I must 'checkout to activate.' However, when I click that link, it says my shopping cart is empty.

How do I activate a site that isn't in my shopping cart?

Folks - no "me too" type answers without providing confirmation that you've added the WebHop to your cart.

Sorry everyone. We had a problem in our billing system this morning that affected shopping cart additions.

You selected "Add WebHop", entered the redirection URL and then selected "Add to Cart"?

There seems to be a problem. Just tried it and after pressing "Add to Cart" I got:
"System Error - A system error has occurred and has prevented us from completing your request. An error report has automatically been generated and sent to DynDNS for analysis. You may wish to try your request again; if you still receive the error, you may contact support. We apologize for the inconvenience."

This occurs not only with WebHops, but also with Host with IP address. Seems to be a general error. I'm sure they are already working on this. I don't understand why people can't read error messages, else it should have been really clear for them.
