I am hosting a server at my house with a dynamic IP. I have the IP updating automatically with DynDNS services. How can I go about hosting an actual domain name (.com or .net) that will point to my dynamic IP? Thanks! |

You need domain registration and Custom DNS. Then follow the wiki guide, configuring your update client to update the hostname you chose in your domain. If you're using email you'll need to use MailHop Outbound or your ISP to send email and possibly MailHop Relay for inbound email. See other questions tagged email for more. |
