Was able to set up one time,but i unpluged and moved everything to another room.Have used instructions with h.264 dvr for cameras.Have put my dvr ip# 198.168.0.10 in DMZ on Dlink dir 655 router.Have been unable to get device to work.The ppoe setting on dvr when working showed ip 198.168.0.1.Now it shows all 0 and i dont know where to get info to fix.Dvr does not have a contact #.Pease help if possible..Thanks

Work through this answer. It sounds like you need to sort out your port forwarding.

Note that normally only one device (your external modem or modem/router) will do PPoE. You shouldn't normally configure that on your DVR unless it's directly connected to your ISP.

If that doesn't help you need to be more specific - see that answer and provide details about what point you reached and exactly what error you're having.
