Good Night I Have a qeustions about cisco pix ......I have 2 Cisco pix 501 & I want to configure it for a site to site vpn can someone help me with this issue Thanks Henry Kock |

You'll need to configure your Pix to perform update of your DynDNS hostnames - one at each site - see this thread on the other forum for guidance. Then just configure the VPN as you would if you had static IP addresses. The exact process will depend on the version of the Pix firmware you're running and whether you want to use the command line or the GUI to do so. Fortunately Cisco produce a mountain of documentation, such as this guide, to help you. There are also Cisco forums, such as this one for assistance in configuring VPNs, where you're more likely to find Cisco experts. Sadly no I can't walk you through it, particularly as the exact process depends on what version of the Pix software you have. That's why I included a link to a Cisco specific forum where you'll be able to get exactly that kind of help. |

Originator not revisited the question in over a month, closing to stop the forum bot bumping it pointlessly.
