I'm sending the following URL: This is a different IP than the one listed in my account, and the hostname resolves to something different, but I receive nochg. Why? |
|
I know why: according to the specs the URL parameter is Yeah this is it, thanks. Weird that it wouldn't respond with error or something similar? Is there a way for me to accept this as the answer? Not seeing the option anywhere.

"Weird that it wouldn't respond with error or something similar?" - It does: nochg - this is an error! "Is there a way for me to accept this as the answer?" - Yes, you can click the check mark beside the most relevant answer. This is evidently mine... ;-)

There is a tick box under the "Thumbs up" and "Thumbs down" to the left.

I don't see a checkmark, maybe I don't have the reputation for it or something?

Hmm, I think I have to do it myself...

One guess would be that you run more than one Update Client, and the other one was quicker... |
|
Can you please provide the real hostname. Without it we'd only be guessing. |
|
It's just me sending one URL. If it was more than one update client, I would be getting good but then the hostname would resolve wrong. In this case I'm giving it a different IP and it's still saying nochg. |
