1 Answer:

You must forward port 9091 to the internal IP address of your CCTV device, apparently a private (LAN) 192.168.1.* address. Best is to configure a static IP address for this device outside of the DHCP range of your router.
Let's assume your DynDNS hostname is http://mycctv.dyndns.org, you would call it from outside by entering http://mycctv.dyndns.org:9091/. If you don't like to specify the port, you can configure a WebHop redirection like mycctv.dyndns.org --> http://mycctvhost.dyndns.org:9091/, so that you can enter just mycctv.dyndns.org.
