I have a Macbook Pro and when I try to access my cameras the following message appears:

The mobile phone was detected based on Symbian S60 2nd. We recommend that you download this SCam_S2_090919.SIS to install.

When I "install" .SIS my comp says that it doesn't have that program... Can anyone help me telling me what program it is that I have to install to be able to view my cameras?

Thanks

Well, it sounds like you've got port forwarding working. The problem looks to be with the software you're using on the Mac, but as you've provided no technical details at all about the camera and it's associated software we don't have enough information to help you. If you edit your question and add details (make and model of camera, name and version of the software).

The .SIS file is usually for Symbian mobile phones (primarily Nokia). It could be that the camera software is failing it's auto-detection - have you tried connecting with a different web browser?

I'd also check with the manufacturer to see if this is a known problem.
