I got an email a few days ago that my account was expireing so i click on the link to confirm the account. Today my domain name isn't resolving, i can't log in, I can't recovery my password, and when i tried to email support i got an email saying the email was rejected because it was not a recognized email address. What's even weirder is that i have dyndns setup in my ddwrt router (so it should have been updating it preventing the account expiration). It sounds like things were fishy with my account and even after clicking that confirm link in the email, things still got deleted. I would contact support to resolve this issue but as you can see that doesn't appear to be an option at this point. Someone please help me out. |

Have you tried re-creating your account and hostname? When you clicked the link, did you apply the update at the page the link took you to or did you just click the link and close the page? Have you checked that ddwrt is configured to touch the hostname every 25 to 28 days? Looking at my own setup it seems to default to 90 days, which is far too long. |

I cannot connect anymore. I think I did not receive an advice because my email address has changed. How can I renew my subscription now ? I tried to renew it buy buying a DNS Pro but it still not working. You can start by asking your own question, then we can help you.
