what is hapenning is that I have registered a domain with the operating entity in my country, but I need to register a DNS that points to my domain and Imagine that I need a static ip and I don`t want to buy it, could I solve this with dyndns. |

It may be that you want Custom DNS, it it supports the top level domain (TLD) for your country. Note that you cannot host the DNS server for your domain on a dynamic IP address and that only your ISP can give you a static IP address. |
