How do I set up this redirect?

I have a website. It is my first website

I can't figure out how to set things up.I cannot use port 80, so I must obscure the use of port 8080.. I've tried several tricks and I can't seem to get around having the 8080 show up in my browser, how do I get rid of that?

I have several DNS names set up, I also have a host setup. where do I point everything?
