That isn't testing with Postfix, that's testing with telnet. In real world terms I've asked you to test the brakes on your Ford, and you've just borrowed your friend's truck to test their brakes instead - that doesn't tell me anything about your Ford's brakes.

Instead, please send an email with your mail client (which may be simply the mail command on the command line), using your Postfix server to an external mail account (such as a webmail account). Only by doing that will we make any progress in working out what the problem may be.

Now we're getting somewhere. You've got 2 problems:

1. You are sending from a domain that doesn't exist - irina.spence - you need to have a valid sender domain (one that resolves)
2. You're sending to a recipient that doesn't exist - ispence@dyndns.org - you need to send to a user at your Dynamic DNS hostname (eg irina@yourhost.example.org)

I reloaded postfix after I made changes.
