Last update is older than 2 days

hello, i have a free Dynamic DNS host. In the past all was working fine. But since 2 days i have no access to my dynamic host.

When i go to my account on the Dyndns website i see under my account following:

Hostname - Service (Host) - Details (ip-address) - last updated

The time for last updated is older than 2 days ?? --> is this the problem and why?
