General DNS & Domains Dyn Email Update Clients Dyn Developer

Hi,

I have had an account with DynDNS for about a year. My NAS was configured to autoupdate my account, but after a recent upgrade, it no longer has the password information stored. I put what I thought was the correct info in, but was rejected. Then, I tried to login via the DynDNS Web site, and was unsucessful. Finally, I tried password recovery, but the email never showed up (I've tried this multiple times). I still have the confirmation email that DynDNS sent me when I created the account, so I know you have the correct email addres on file. I would gladly pay money for support, but since I am unable to log in, I cannot upgrade! I am at a loss; please help!

Chris, what is your username and/or the email you used to create the account? if you don't want to share them here, feel free to email me. What Scarabaeus said is most likely true, but I can at least check to verify for you.

Hello confagration,

Apparently your account has expired and been deleted.

You can register a new account using all the original information and recreate the old hostnames and/or upgrade to Pro from there.

I have also a problem with my DynDns account. I can't login at http://dyndns.com. Passwort recovery doesn't work :( But the DynDns updater tool running fine -.- . please help

Do not raise a question as answer to someone else's question. Open your own question instead. Also, this is a user to user forum, and we users cannot help with account specific problems.

I have the same problem. I tried to register.. says it was sending me an email. I never got it. I clicked the link to say to resend it and then it took me to the password recovery screen. I then tried to recover my password and it says it sent an email to the address on file.. and still.. nothing.
