Hi, First sorry for my English because I'm french but I'll try to do my best. If someone is French here, it can be easier :) I've trouble while trying to connect to my LaCie NAS on my dyndns domain. My configurations : A local network where I can connect easily to my NAS. The NAS is configured in static IP. My dyndns domain point to the IP adress of my router, a freebox V5. I've tried to configure the "reverse DNS" on my freebox but it doesn't work (5 times the same message to wait 24hours but I havent anythink yet). At last, I've configured on my LaCie NAS the "remote access" which points to the dyndns adress, but it doesn't work... If somebody can help me. Thank you |

Your English is far better than my French ;) It sounds like you have not set up any port forwarding yet - don't worry about reverse DNS. This guide covers port forwarding and testing. |
