Since 2009 i allways used .ath.cx domains, today i wanted to get another host on my VIP Account, but http://ath.cx is not available any longer. i visited https://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/premium.html, and there also is no http://ath.cx so i would like to know what happend with it? |

The .cx registry had contacted us and asked us not to offer it anymore. Users who currently have a http://ath.cx domain will continue to be able to use theirs, however, at this time we will not be allowing the creation of new domains using it. I went to create a new host, and saw that http://ath.cx was no longer available! :) I've been using http://ath.cx for my primary host for a couple of years now. I guess as long as I keep my auto renew Pro account, I'll never lose my host.ath.cx domain?

Oops, yes, you're right. It is no longer available. As this is a user to user forum, you had to contact DynDNS support directly to find out why. Maybe a chance to register this zone for yourself soon? ;-) |

Yes where is http://ath.cx gone!! All the other domain names you have a choice of are cheesy and too long! Can you at least register another short dns name if it is gone for some reason! Please read the answer above before you post.
