Okay so I can access my website remotely and locally by 166.70.234.23 but I can't do it by http://www.chaiguys.net. I have port 80 open on my router and I am stumped at this point. What am I don't wrong!

Thanks for any help!

www.chaiguys.net resolves to the IP you posted. However, I don't see port 80 actually open. You should work through this guide and edit your question to include all the information listed at the end if it doesn't solve your problem.

It could be that your ISP blocks port 80, or it could be that you've also got an ADSL router and need to forward port 80 on that too. The guide should help you and the information at the end will help us if you're still having problems.

Hmm Okay I will look through that guide in detail. I did notice that my port mapping on my router wasn't configured properly. Port 80 should be open now and I think I can get through with http://www.chaiguys.net. Anyone wish to test that for me?

I can't currently see anything on that hostname, but I don't know if you've got your computer turned off right now.

Here is more information on my setup:

Your DynDNS hostname I don't have a DynDNS hostname, it is http://chaiguys.net from BlueHost.

The ports you have forwarded Port 80

The make, model and version of your router Apple Airport Extreme version 7.5.2

The LAN IP address, netmask and default gateway for the device you're trying to reach IP: 192.168.1.6 subnet: 255.255.255.0 Router: 192.168.1.1

The WAN IP address of the ISP connected device (modem or router) (as shown in the modem or router's management pages, not what any web site shows) 166.70.234.23

If you're forwarding to a computer the operating system and patch level (for example Windows XP Pro SP2, MacOS X 10.6.5 or Ubuntu 10.04.2)

Mac OSX Lion 10.7.0
