General DNS & Domains Dyn Email Update Clients Dyn Developer

My account seems to have timed out (I was on holiday for one week!) and it says my account is not recognised when I try to log in. If I try to create a new account with the same details it says it exists and I might be able to recover my password. I followed the link and it just keeps saying it has already sent me an email in the last 15 minutes. I have not received any such mail. You definitely have the correct mail address for me. My account username is cctvking

Thanks for any help you can give.

(Rather annoyingly I am having to use someone elses account to post this question as I cannot login with my own),

Have you checked your spam folder? Particularly for GMail DynDNS's emails are being marked as spam - by GMail.

Franyboy123, please email me with your username you signed up with and I will see if I can manually email the confirmation email you need to do this.

Yes, I have checked my spam folder. I have my own domain and look after my own mail. I receive other mails from DynDNS just fine.

I have been using a free account for a short while to see if it would work okay with my CCTV system and was considering updating to a paid account so I didn't have to periodically confirm my account as active. Sadly, if I am having this much trouble with the simple free account then I am reluctant to upgrade. A working password recovery system is essential.

Well, not much we users can do for you then, right?
I could give you an e-mail address (or dozens) that works... ;-)

Hotmail are known for silently discarding email after accepting it.
