web hosting, iWeb, personal domain, simple questions

I have 2 personal domain names at some other company, created an iWebsite in MobileMe and need to know how to:

1.) transfer the domains to DynDNS

2.) administer these domains at DynDNS

3.) "point" these domain names to my (mobile) me account with APPLE (towards the iWebsite)

I only have SuperBasicKnowledge of all that networking stuff

You would need to

purchase two times domain registration, and for each of the two domains
a DNS hosting service, for each domain, called Custom DNS, where you can maintain everything
the principles of accessing a network from outside are outlined in this wiki entry and the tutorials.
