every time i close my modem -router i have to change my ip in dyndns. Is it normal? is there a way to see the camera from internet without changing the ip every time the modem closes? Thank you very much |

It's a little unclear to me what you mean by the router "closing". Perhaps you mean restarting it? Anyway, please ensure that you have an update client enabled and configured. |
