I have a firewall between the router (that I'd like to manage with dyndns) and dyndns servers. To configure this firewall so as to allow the update process between the router and dyndns server, I have to figure out which IPs and ports are to be used. Can someone tell me what are this or theses IPs, ports (and protocols) ?

You're talking about different things.

The Update process is just a normal outbound request to a web page, TCP port 80 or 443 or 8245 to members.dyndns.org. See here. There is no "update process between the router and dyndns server", just between the Update Client (e.g. your router) and Dyn.

As for the services running in this network, you would need to open the required ports inbound. This is also known as port forwarding. We can't know what ports and protocols to open, because we don't know what services you run and on which ports.
