General DNS & Domains Dyn Email Update Clients Dyn Developer

I would like to know if dyndns have a DNS service that is geo localized. I mean, depending on client source IP you are forwarded to a different IP server.

For instance we have a domain named as http://example.com

If source IP is from USA, then the dns returns the IP of our server in USA. And if the source IP is from Europe, then return de IP of our server in Spain.

Is the "Dyn Standard DNS" service working for this purpose?

Thank you
