router ip: 192.168.1.1 dvr ip: 192.168.1.225 dvr web port: 8080 dvr media port: 2000 i check both port with http://canyouseeme.org and is working fine and i can access dvr on internal network with 192.168.1.225:8080 the problem is, i cant access dvr with external ip which mean i cant access my dvr through internet but directed to my router configure page ?? so, any help? or is router problem ? my router is TMnet Dlink DSL-2640B with firmware version: GE_1.07 |

Thanks, I've updated the list of known broken devices with the details of your D-Link. The problem solve. is router problem. i change to tp-link TD-W8901G and the problem settle. Anyway, thx for reply

Connect DVR via internal IP
Connect DVR via external IP get from router status
Connect direct using dyndns host
