router ip: 192.168.1.1 dvr ip: 192.168.1.225 dvr web port: 8080 dvr media port: 2000

i check both port with http://canyouseeme.org and is working fine and i can access dvr on internal network with 192.168.1.225:8080

the problem is, i cant access dvr with external ip which mean i cant access my dvr through internet but directed to my router configure page ??

so, any help? or is router problem ? my router is TMnet Dlink DSL-2640B with firmware version: GE_1.07

Please work through this sticky and if you need further help post all the information requested at the end of that guide.

Remember that you need to specify the port since you aren't using the default HTTP port of port 80. For example http://yourhost.example.com:8080/.

Thanks for all the screenshots, between them they almost provide all the information I asked for.

A quick test of http://175.142.77.132:8080/ gives me a connection to your DVR. You did remember to test from outside your LAN (as mentioned in the guide), or were you still testing from inside your LAN when you used the hostname and IP address?

If you need further help do please remember to provide all the information requested, including the actual DynDNS hostname.

The problem solve. is router problem. i change to tp-link TD-W8901G and the problem settle. Anyway, thx for reply
