General DNS & Domains Dyn Email Update Clients Dyn Developer

Hello,

We've recently used to DYNDNS Custom DNS Service to swing http://sugarcreekcctexas.com tom GoDaddy to DYNDNS to Network Solutions. The goal was to make sure DNS resolved properly while the domain registrar changed hands.

It worked wonderfully!

I have a couple of other domains I want to swing in the same manner.

Do I need to purchase more Custom DNS zones? Or can I delete the http://Sugarcreekcctexas.com zone and change it to one of the other domains I want to swing?

I guess the former. (The service is so inexpensive.) But since http://sugarcreekcctexs.com is in its permanent home, that zone file isn't doing anything for me now. I thought I'd ask.

1 Answer:

Well, fact is that you can have only one zone per Custom DNS package at any one time. Not sure how happy DynDNS are if you move zones in and out all the time. You may want to contact support to ask this question. This is primarily a user to user forum.
