My account no longer exists and the mail address for forget password is not recognised even though I got marketing mail 7 days ago. I have made a new account but a the previous simple procedure to renew the free domain name is not to be found...landing links all go to pay services. |

You may find that the expiry email went to your spam folder. However, you now have to sign up for a paid account and then cancel the paid portion - as explained here. |
