General DNS & Domains Dyn Email Update Clients Dyn Developer

My host name is telling me I need to check out to activate, but when I go to checkout it says "order in progress" see "order history" for more information. When I click "Order History" it is blank. I gave it all night thinking it might just be taking more time, but it is still doing the same thing this morning. My credit card has already been charged the 20 dollars for a service that is not working.

Then contact Dyn, since you've paid for services you can and it is the only way you'll resolve this.

I emailed yesterday but didnt get a response. Apparently I am not a high enough of a paid customer to be able to call.
