Need help configuring Time Capsule (pictures included)

I'm trying to access my Time Capsule disk when not at home and the name servers of my domain http://russellgoldman.com are correct and point to DYN I'm just having trouble figuring out if I have it all configured right.

I understand how it works somewhat but I'd prefer my time capsule to be on a "subdomain" per say like http://capsule.russellgoldman.com and it's my understanding my ip address will be updated when it changes automatically from what it is in the picture above?

I just need a little assistance

Please edit your question, rather than adding "answers", that makes it easier to see all of what you've written in one place, rather than having the context lost

In theory all you should need to do is create the hostname capsule.russellgoldman.com and configure it to update that instead of goldman.russellgoldman.com. Have you tried that?

So look at this is this proper as following these directions or do I need to change the http://russellgoldman.com. "data" field to have "capsule." in front of it?
