Ive got a .com domain registerd with Dyn and i want to know, is there a way of doing the following. User opens web browser and types in my domain however my server is offline so the user gets page unavlible is there some way of making dyn forward to another address or is this something that would need to be done on my server or somewhere else? Thanks |

You'd need the full Managed DNS platform, which starts at $195/month, to have Dyn do that for you. Your alternative would be to have a redundant server platform and your own monitoring solution that automatically updates your hostname with the IP of the server that's responding. You would have to do that yourself though. |
