Host is: http://XXX.dyndna.org My Account is FREE.

I found: Current Dynamic DNS hosts limit: 2 DynDNS hosts in your account: 2

Now I must update my IP address manually everytime in http://DYNDNS.com after login, then access into my DVR.

My Router’s status display the current IP, but DYNDNS server can not update the Current IP, so I can not get to my remote DVR.

I must update my account to PRO,yes? If I update to PRO, Can I solve this Problem??

Who can HELP me, thanks!

5 answers:

1- are you using an update client? this would eliminate your need to manually update it

2 - No, you should not need to upgrade to Pro in order to use our services with this device.

3 - Do you have your external IP address entered?

4 - Feel free to email me with your user name if you would like me to check your account from our end to see if there is an error.

Did you e-mail mike [at] dyn [dot] com with this information already?

"Another user name is: qiangan5."

You don't say you have more than one free account, do you? 8-)

Hello,

since 2 or 3 weeks we have similar problems with our http://dyndns-remote.com - address. Fritzbox states that update was successfull but error occured after registration. If i reboot the fritzbox everything is ok. It occures every 2 or 3 days.

The problem starts one fine day 2 or 3 weeks ago with a 'real' registration error. It took severel reboots to 'fix' it.

I have no trouble with a different fritzbox and my http://dontexist.com - address.

We use this setup for about three quater of a year and we didn't face any problems.

Any help welcome. So long Frank

Hi, I have similar problems since2 or 3 weeks. I use also FritBox to update my DynDNS. Seems there is a serious problem at DynDNS server.
