Hello I am sorry if this have been answered somewhere, but i could not find it. I have a free and a paid account. I have already set up two DVRs on the free account. Is there a possibility to transfer the host names from the free to the pro account, without the settings to be lost, so i don't have to reconfigure them from the begining? Thanks in advance |

Do you have 2 accounts, or did you purchase Pro for your existing account? If you purchased Pro for your existing account then you don't have anything to do, your free hostname is now covered with the Pro service. If you have 2 accounts then the simplest thing is to purchase Pro for the free account. Anything else will require you to reconfigure the DVRs (or whatever you're using to update the hostnames) with the new account details. Otherwise, simply remove the hostname from your free account and then add it to your Pro account. Afterwards you'll need to reconfigure your update clients. |
