Hello I'm using an iPod Touch 4th gen tethered to a Nokia smartphone using Joikuspot. I can receive e-mails and look at web sites (and send and receive through the gmail web site), but I can't send any e-mails. I can send e-mails from my iPod if I'm connected to a WiFi network, but not with this tethering. I use the DYN Standard Server. Any idea why I can't send e-mail? I asked the people at Joiku and their response is: "That's strange." I agree! Thanks in advance. |

There doesn't sound to be anything relating to DynDNS involved. You aren't using any of their email services, which is all that matters for sending emails. As such I'd suggest you look to a forum more suited to general computer related issues (there will be at least one Stack Exchange site that's relevant). |
