Hi there. I know this question is already on this community, but i can't still manage what is the problem.
I have the internet modem/router (HX50) conected to Cisco via ethernet and the camara via wi-fi to cisco wireless router. I just can't put this working. I already forward port on Cisco router. |

What is the WAN IP shown on the HX50's status page? Does it start with Did you forward the port (10001) from the HX50 to the WAN IP of the Cisco and then from the Cisco to the camera?

Hello Arbusto, I suggest you to check the 1) Port block/unblock status with "www.canyouseeme.org". 2) Check if you can change the port from 10001 to 80. (In CAM console) as per your information, you have done port forwarding. then this shows that there is no issue from router. its only to be checked "why this URL is not pointing from WAN". hence, please check the port block/unblock status from the URL given above and then if possible please change the port number from 10001 to 80. The hx50 os not configurable. But the ip is 88 I already ask Bentley and they said all ports are open. |
