I have a RV042 and it updates the free account, he paid account but with no updates. I tested the account and other equipment is ok. |

If it works for one, it should work for the other, if it is correctly configured. Make sure that for the paid account you've entered your Dyn account's username (not the email address), password and full hostname. However, see here, the RV042 is known to have lots of issues. It may be that your hostname, username or password is too long for the RV042, or that you've entered letters in the wrong case. |
