With a link to the PDF copy of the manual we could probably tell you for certain, however:

Username: Your DynDNS account username (not the email address)
Password: Your DynDNS account password

how do i get it to automattically update the ip, each time the ip address changes i have to mannually change the ip address on my iphone app.

As I've said already:

You have to run an update client

i had it all setup and working until the trial period ended, we paid for dyndnspro and now its not working.

You'll want to visit your hostname status page to see what hostname remained there. If you cancelled the Pro service to fall back to the free service, you'll keep only one free hostname and have to use this.

That said, it could well be that your router references a no longer existent hostname.

Regarding your router DDNS entries:
Service username and password: your DynDNS login credentials
Host Name 1: the FQDN of your one remaining hostname, e.g. `yourhost.dyndns.org`
Host Name 2: (leave empty)

i can check my ip on http://canyouseeme.org and the port is open however i cant view the cameras remotely.

That would be a different issue, unrelated to DynDNS. If you are connected, DNS is already over and gone. There can be many problems like your service needs more than one port open, or your browser is missing an ActiveX control. We would need the information listed at the end of this sticky to be able to help here.

Edit:

do i have to play around with port forwarding?

As you said that your port appears to be open, no, you should be all set. But generally, yes, you must open/forward the needed ports on your router to your cameras, for sure. But: do not "play around", just do what needs to be done.

however isnt dyndns pro supposed to automatically change the address so that i dont have to keep changing the ip address?

No, you have to run an update client to tell Dyn of the change of IP.
