Hi, Several times a year http://webhop.org goes down. This seems always to have the same reason "an Attack". It was down on Feb. 3 at 8 am it is now noon on Feb 4 with NO help in site. I am disappointed in DYNDNS and I have been a paying member for over 5 years with multiple accounts. Saturday and Sunday there is NO tel. support. Tried contacting Jeremy Hitchcock (please forward if possible) but Nowhere is there a way to do this. Nowhere to I see a way to write a complaint! Sounds like they are asleep at the switch! This is a user to user forum, we cannot help you here. That said, you do realise that there is little that can be done about being the target of a DDOS? That's like complaining because a shop keeps being the victim of theft. |
