I tried to use my http://dyn.com's username and password to login to this forum, but it failed and was forced to create a new account. Why didn't my existing username and password work for this forum? In addition, I used my username and password to access my http://dyn.com account and selected support; then selected this forum. Why did I need to login after I successfully logged in the first time? And why did my normal account login fail for this forum? |

No idea why it fails for you. This is the first time I'm hearing this. The forum login works with OpenIDs, also Dyn's IDs. If you click the "login" link, you'll find a bunch of possible OpenIDs to select from, also Dyn. So click the "Dyn" link and enter your Dyn account credentials, and you'll be redirected to the forum being logged in. |
