I cannot view my dvr remotely

Is your WAN IP one of the RFC 1918 IP ranges? If so you won't be able to access it remotely.

If it isn't then this guide covers port forwarding and testing, and what we need to know if you need further help.

Actually I am using 3g broadband to surf the internet so at the status page, I can see the word ip address: 10.226.65.26, subnet mask: 255.255.255.0, default gateway: 10.226.65.26

Those are RFC 1918 IP addresses. If those are for the WAN interface (not the LAN interface) then as already mentioned you cannot remotely access your network. If you're unsure, a picture of the status page in question will enable us to tell (you'll need to use an image hosting site and post a link here).

You definitely have an RFC 1918 WAN IP, which means you cannot access your network remotely.

Most mobile internet connection providers do not assign public IP addresses, but private ones. With such a private IP address your network or service cannot be reached over the public internet unless you ISP can configure port forwarding for you (which is almost not the case).

This also would be an explanation why you can connect to your DVR from the same ISP, still being in the same "private" ISP network where private IP addresses can be routed.

As the guide Cry Havok referred to explains, your router's or modem's WAN status page is the only place where you reliably can see your WAN facing IP address, in case this information is provided at all. Anything else, e.g. websites like http://whatismyip.org just show what IP address the internet sees from you, not necessarily your ISP assigned IP address, but could be a shared/proxied/NATed one.

And for Mirza,I'm quite curious because RotBlitz said that most of the mobile internet connection provider will not assign us public IP address and that's why I could not view my dvr remotely unless the ISP configure port forwarding for me but never mind I will tell you how did I port forward my 3g router and see whether can you solve my problem.

Actually I have two 3g router with different brands, tplink MR3420 and dlink dir-412. In tplink, I type in 80 for service port, my dvr's ip address, protocol tcp as it convert from all to tcp when the common service port I choose is http and status is enable.

As for dlink, I ticked the box, in the name box I put a dot, I didn't do anything to the box that ask for application name, public port I put it 80 for both boxes, traffic type I put it always, in the ip address box I put in my dvr's ip address, in the computer name box I put it my dvr's name, there are two private boxes but one of them is open and I type it 80 and last the schedule I put it always.

Is the details that I have provided enough? I hope you can help me out.
