But this is unrelated to DynDNS and its services. Whatever, a likely reason could be a missing ActiveX control. Without knowing your hostname we can guess only anyway. Best is to ask in a support forum specific to your DVR device. Edit: Yes, as I suspected, your DVR requires an ActiveX control. This also means you can view it with certain browsers only, e.g. MS Internet Explorer, and you may need to set the site being a "trusted site" in the IE zones settings. Regarding your user ID / password problem, think about to use your DVR's, not Dyn's credentials. Avoid the use of special characters in the user ID and password. That said, this is unrelated to DynDNS, and you would get more help from the vendor's support faclitities. |
