General DNS & Domains Dyn Email Update Clients Dyn Developer

Hi,

I am now using a free http://dyndns.org and running a client on my router to update the IP, then I owned another domain name (i.e. http://abc.org), which service should I subscribe so that when someone access http://www.abc.org will be re-direct to http://myaccount.dyndns.org?

1 Answer:

abc.org is a real domain, please use example.org instead of somebody else's domain when you want to hide your own

You have 2 choices:

  1. Make www.example.org a CNAME with the value example.dyndns.org
  2. Subscribe to Standard DNS and update www.example.org as you would example.dyndns.org
