Hello folks,

I just noticed that neither of my two (free) hostnames worked anymore. When I logged in, I saw that they were no longer in the list (the list was empty).

I did not get a warning email for either of them, and as far as I can tell, there have been no recent internet outages at either site.

What's up?

Assuming there's nothing in your spam folder (don't forget to check any webmail interface your provide uses) then contact Mike (mike <at> dyn.com) with any logs you have from your update client showing that you had updated it in the last 30 days.

Mike may not be able to do anything, but he is looking into the cases reported where hostnames were lost inside the 30 day inactivity window.
