Custom DNS Service and bought domain seperately

When I originally tried to buy the Custom DNS service I didn't buy my domain properly I just typed something in. Today I went back and bought the domain I really wanted and now they are in separate zones. Is there a way to combine the domain name i bought from DynDNS and the Custom DNS service?
