I have been using your services for two years and have paid services with including mail, domain and dns services. Since saturdat i have been unable to log in to my accout as if has been locked. There for i can not log into to the website to contact support, so the only way left is to email billing@dyndns.com or support@dyndns.com, i have emailed both a totel of 8 TIMES and had no reply. I have no remote access to my server, no email, no website. I have contacted the us office and cant get throught because i do not know my customer number. I have phoned the UK office and have been told they cant deal with support issues here? Now how the hell iam suppose to fix this issue? |

Hello bapo16_2, This is a user to user forum. We as users cannot assist directly with account issues. Staff does drop by here from time to time, but there are no guarantees they will respond to posts here. It does look like you have tried the available sources for support. But you may try to contact the forums manager at the email address provided at the top of the home page for this community. It may or may not produce some results. Beside what Scarabaeus said, check your spam folders, via e-mail client and via webmail interface, also "hidden" ones, for mail from Dyn. Further, try with resetting your password to see what happens. Check also your spam folder after this action. |
