Hello to all Thank you for your interesting website I've configured my related camera mentionned above and I try to remote access through my hostname (using ddns).Unfortunately I can't view my camera remotly. In my web app page of my camera, I notice:

                        - DDNS status: succeed
                        - UPnP status: UPnP failed

I've activated all UPnp fonctions on my router (I've even opened the used port 8008 in my router firewall). Can someone help me. Once again thank you for all

Be aware that comments are just that, comments. If you want to add information or expand upon the question you must edit your question or add an answer. Those are the only things that notify people.

If it works intermittently then it makes it hard to say what the problem is. It could be that you haven't given the camera a fixed IP on the network, or that your camera is faulty.

Sounds like the router's UPnP function isn't working correctly.

Have you worked through the guide? If you use the Open Port tool with the relevant hostname and port what result do you get?

yes I've used the guide to config ports on my router, also used the open port tool; but sometime the port is open with TCP not with UDP and sometime I notice th opposite. I can't always see my camera remotly.Hope you'll find the solution
