Hey if you know i have recently been having trouble with my site, i use wamp to host the files but my ISP blocks port 80, i use big pond does anyone know how to unblock it no from there phone service? |

Only they can unblock it - you'll need to speak to them directly. To work around it you'll want to use a WebHop. Read it's documentation for more information on how to use it and see the other questions tagged webhop. |
