I know I can get a hostname like "myname.dyndns.org", but I want to host a web site on my home computer at "myname.com". How can I do this?

You want Custom DNS (and if you don't already have a domain you'll also need Domain Registration). You can then create a host in your domain (eg home.example.com) and configure your update client to keep that hostname updated.

For most purposes, you could also CNAME a host on your domain to http://myname.dyndns.org - however, this will not work for all purposes, since CNAMEs are not valid for some protocols. This is convenient if you are unable to switch to Custom DNS for the domain you want Dynamic DNS on.

In particular, you can't us a CNAME as an MX record, or for the domain (eg, myname.dyndns.org as the CNAME for example.com) if you wanted to configure your MX as something other than myname.dyndns.org.

if u already have configured Ur domain and dynDNS Acc, update the cNAME Record in Ur Domain to dynDNS URL. otherwise you have to buy a domain and point it to dynDNS registered URL or host DNS in dynDNS
