If I have a DVR/TiVo, can I see it when I am traveling?

Maybe. If you just want to be able to view the interface and set up new recordings you'll need to follow this advice.

However, if you want to be able to watch your recordings you'll also need sufficient bandwidth to do, both at home (your upload bandwidth at home) and at your remote location (you download bandwidth at the remote location). The exact requirements will depend on how you watch the recording, but you can probably assume 1 Mb/s (Mega bits per second) for an SD program and 3 Mb/s for an HD program as a minimum.

hi, i set my dyndns to moniter my dvr online, so nw problem is this dyn access my dvr bt it dz nt work after asking paswrd it shows "fail to connect" any help?
